Our cancellation and amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. As per the definition of  CONFIRMED BOOKING goes ” A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by making advance payment”.
Note :  Cancellations policies may occasionally vary during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events. In these cases we will advise you by email. Broad guidelines are as follows :

  1. Cancellation Charges : Applicable on bookings for months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October.
  • 14 Days before requested arrival date – Full refund.
  • Between 14 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date – 40% Refund
  • Between 96 hrs & 48 hrs before requested arrival date – 20% Refund
  • Between 48 hrs & check in – No Refund
  • In case of No show & Early Check out – No Refund
  1. Cancellation Charges Applicable on bookings:  for the months of November, December, January, February, March., except for 23 rd December to 3 rd January.
  • 30 Days before requested arrival date – Full refund.
  • Between 30 days & 15 days before requested arrival date – 40% Refund
  • Between 15 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date – 20% Refund
  • Between 96 hrs & check in – No Refund
  • In case of No show & Early Check out – No Refund
  1. Cancellation Charges : Applicable on bookings for  23 rd December to 3 rd January.
  • 60 Days before requested arrival date – Full refund.
  • Between 60 days & 45 days before requested arrival date – 40% Refund
  • Between 45 days & 30 days before requested arrival date – 20% Refund
  • Between 30 days & check in – No Refund
  • In case of No show & Early Check out – No Refund
